If you took out every MSU-related allegation in both NOAs, would om not be just as ****ed as they are as we sit here today? I really don't see how 15-16 Level 1s versus 19 would make any difference in their current status

It would be about like a 300 lb woman losing 20 lbs. Still a lot there.
