This is from an article regarding the firing of the women?s basketball coach back in 2012 before he even coached a game.

?Although there is no current evidence that Coach Wiggins was complicit in or had direct knowledge of this misconduct, as head coach, he is accountable for the actions of those who report to him."

Now, replace one word in that statement:

?Although there is no current evidence that Coach Freeze was complicit in or had direct knowledge of this misconduct, as head coach, he is accountable for the actions of those who report to him."

Freeze got 'em by the balls. He can bring down the House of Manning with what he knows.

I wish someone would ask Bjork why the sudden change of heart when it comes to the handling of Freeze. No one will, but phrasing and including the quote from 2012 would be drama for everyone to enjoy.

So let's see, the coach of a women's team was held to a different standard than one for a men's team. That might open up a whole new can of worms for the Plantation Owners. Has anyone sent this to Wolken? He might like to see it since they are now going after him for being Jewish.

We all know who runs the show when it comes to who runs the show and what the final say so is in regards to Umiss football. And it ain't Bjork.

Someone might want to send this to BF's attorney......

I think any almni or booster tied to Ole Miss will have a shadow of this NCAA investigation hanging over them for some time. Even if they are on the up-and-up it's going to impact all of them in some way.

Thanks for the quote! I sent it Parrish Alford & asked why Hey Hue is held to a different standard. I'm anxiously awaiting his response. Lol

Pretty good precedent for Barney's lawyer. Shows that the university is managing this differently than in the past and targeting a scapegoat despite their past practices.

If I'm Wiggins, I am forwarding this to my attorney as well. Unless of course he has already been well compensated and an agreement has been signed for him not to bring a suit against the university. Which may have been a part of a compensation package.

This could be a Title IX violation.....maybe someone should report them...

Title IX is a short and simple federal law: ?No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any educational program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.?

Well, what about Bork? Is he named at all in the NOA or response?

Wasn't Barney an asst. AD? Did he report up to Bjork?

He reported up to Freeze then Bjork.... Please keep in mind that OM had to get an NCAA approval for BF to take the traveling position when the recruiting coach had to become sole caretaker of his children...

That would be a good topic for Bo in the morning as well. He really should throw that out for conversation on his show.
