If the NCAA thought a testimony was suspect or the individual was lying then it wouldn't be included in the NOA as a supporting fact. Ole Miss can try to discredit that witness all they want but it's nothing that hasn't been weighed and considered already by the investigative team. As has been said since the beginning...if it's in the NOA it's a done deal.
