Should be basically everyone except Pilk, Plumlee, and McQuary

Surely all these can't be available, HC said just last week that he was only going to use 6 different pitchers rest of year.....

I have no idea if they'll be used. Just saying they should be available.

I don't see Self pitching today. He's pitched both games and had over 30 pitches yesterday.
