Boy.... & I'm not even sure their frustrations have climaxed yet. Gonna be a rough 3 months ahead Rebs.

Just remember: your football program isn't worth going to Parchman

I am sure just from listening to the Boneyard, Steve has enlisted the help of the appropriate law enforcement agencies.
Gtowncolonel better pray that nothing happens to Steve or his family. That post and he was probably drunk, just ensured himself a real hard time in the future, posts like that are easily traceable.

There is an implied threat there but it's not a direct threat to him. It could go either way. I would still contact local law enforcement and have it nipped in the bud.

Any direct threat made over a communication device (cell phone/internet) is a felony that carries some significant jail time.

What's amazing is that OM fans don't show this same venom towards the people involved in their football program that broke the rules.

The NCAA must consider that OM doesn't regret cheating. They regret getting caught

I don't mean he could be arrested for his comment, but he could have a lot more interaction with the law than he would care for.

Your last two sentences are pretty much universal for all types of cheaters, don't regret doing it and it is always someone else's fault when they get caught.

Chuck blocks them with lawyers. He wants his posters to do this.

Not defending it or OM in any way at all, just a legal question. You can say Im gonna kill you to someone on social media and get a felony for it??

Read Dawgology's 1st and 2nd post above, that will answer your question.

Cuck encourages this type of behavior. I'm glad Scout is on it's way out of business. Nobody deserves that more than that bunch.

Serious question: How many death threats has Rosebowl gotten from that board? To my knowledge that's 2 but I'm sure it's the thousandth threat.

You are BUSTED...
Now for the NCAA's NOA... 2016 and 2017....

Yes...
We have children threatening other children on social media... one girl killed herself last month.
Actually, social media is easier to prove.....

Cyberstalking Abusers use all the tools they can to get to their victims. One way is using computers. It’s illegal in Mississippi to “cyberstalk” a victim by doing any of the following:

Use e-mail or other electronic communications to threaten physical harm to a person or his or her relatives, harm to the victim’s property, or to blackmail them
Send repeated communications to threaten or harass
Make false statements about the death, injury, or illness of a person’s family member to terrify or harass the victim
Permit a computer, phone, or other device under one’s control be used for this purpose
The penalty for cyberstalking is usually up to 2 years in prison and a $5,000 fine. However, if the abuser has a prior conviction, the offense is completed in violation of a restraining order, injunction, or probation or pretrial release condition, or a credible threat is communicated to the victim or his or her family or household member, the penalty is increased to 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

It’s a defense that the communication was peaceable, nonthreatening activity intended to express political views or provide lawful information to others. This crime isn’t to impair constitutionally protected free speech.
Cyberbullying With new technology, comes new ways to commit old harms. Mississippi outlaws cyberbullying or posting messages on social media to cause injury to any person. This is a felony punished by up to 5 years imprisonment and at most a $10,000 fine.

It is 100% a felony. In fact, if it's aggravated (meaning done several times over a long period) it can lead to federal charges.

Combine it with the fact that didn't Steve, just a few weeks ago, talk at length on one of the boneyards about bullying and suicide as a result of a local kid? If so, you can bet he's already informed law enforcement about this, which is totally ridiculous and uncalled for.

Can he press charges against Chuck and the Spirit if this is the second time? Can he allege they are providing a venue for and encouraging such talk?

Unless the owner of the site refuses to comply with a subpoena or court order to supply identifying info on the poster. Then you could hit them with a number of charges.

Listen, I love MS state and I love our football program. I'm a 4th generation bulldog. But there won't come a day where I threaten someone's life or their livelihood over it. It's ****ing football. These people need to seriously be part of an experimental drug program for psychosis. They are ****ing insane.

Yes, a 6th grader kill herself because of Cyber bullying... in the area.
This affected not only the school district here but in the surrounding districts.
It was an eye opener for some students. Until this happens in your school you do not fully understand the impact of bullying.
In another school district a senior lost his life the week before in a car wreck....

So as you say your prayers you might want to add ALL concerned.

If this has happened more than once -- it becomes federal -- the feds will get what they want....

Yancy Porter going after Steve after his board makes a 2nd death threat

A threat has to be where the person making the threat can be carried out in a reasonable time frame. Such as "I'm gonna come over and beat your ass tonight". But if someone says "I'm gonna come over and beat your ass tonight" but lives in California and the person they are threatening lives in Croatia can not be considered a reliable threat

It is all about the size of the dick, tsun looses a game and that dick getts shorter. They win and all become porn studs. No more complicated than that. It is the lean on the water cooler at the office and say ha,ha WE beat you mentality.

Would be funny if law enforcement showed up at his job to talk to him about that post? Would be even funnier if he made it from his employer's computer?

ZING, you're fired buddy !!!

I'm sure all the replies to that threat were about how out of line the poster was and that UM should be held accountable for their actions, right?

Well, indirectly MSU fans did cause it ... by having a hand in beating them 3 years in a row and causing Freeze to act desperately.
