Great article on SEC Country.
Couple of quick take aways:
1). Hev was Fitz's main recruiter. That gives him Dak and Fitz for some cred.

2) It's a great read on how to get yourself out there if you are not a highly rated recruit.

Does anybody else see him going back to his home state and beating his home state school in September just like Dak did his RJr year?

And that's why we're going to beat Georgia this year. This defines recruiting. 290th best prospect in the state....by whom? Let me guess, "recruiting" experts. Thanks for sharing

I agree. Mullen has had success against Georgia before too. There is extra motivation for Fitz to play well when his smoking hot girl friend is there. He's a lucky man.

Yes. I would almost bet all my vCash that Fitz grew up an UGa fan (notice his Dad said UGA would have been "ideal"). It's hard to live here in the coast and not grow up as one. So that childhood dream of leading UGA to the big win Between the Hedges gets turned into revenge for not believing in him. Perfect motivation.

Hev is great at recruiting guys that don't have another offer to play at their position. He does get credit for identifying both guys. However, we only had to beat Middle Tennessee State for Fitz and I believe we were Dak's only P5 QB offer until the end.
