Sorry to bust out of the regional and OM talks but..... we hired the assistant coach at Vandy this week to be th new golf coach.... Also, the state amateur is going on this week and two current bulldogs are at the top. I know OM dude won the NCAA individual championship this week but judging by the scores we have some talent. One more note theses two aren't even the best player on the team.... kid from Thailand qualified for the NCAA this year as a freshman .
No reason why we shouldn't dominate the state and be at the top of the SEC in golf both men's and women's with the resources we have. Old Waverly Mossy Oak and the barn (golf training facility)

Georgia and Florida have historically successful golf programs and LSU & Bama are pretty good too. If we can consistently be around 5th-8th in the SEC we should be thrilled.

Bama one of the best in the nation every year, along with the one you mentioned earlier... vandy also made it the semi's this year. If we are 5th we should be elated.
