Dinner was Phillycheesteak Nachos

Salmon and squash on the grill plus purple hull peas cooked for at least 4 hours with smoked sausage, and Pugliese bread for dinner; A great Bavarian dark, a Sierra Nevada seasonal IPA, and Jack the Sipper from Southern Prohibition prior to dinner. Coal Isla from Islay (the only place for scotch) after dinner. We have another one planned for tomorrow night. This is one of my two favorite weekends of the year. I'll post about tomorrow after it's finalized.
