This is also the Final reason we got to go bowling last year. Very Important.

Unlike many programs MSU is actually serious about fulfilling the promise made to players and their parents to provide them with a quality undergraduate education in return for their athletic skill and dedication. This makes me just as proud of MSU as a victory in any sport.

And basketball higher than baseball. Must be a misprint for baseball.

Marrero's 0.00 GPA messed up the overall number

If any volleyball ladies need personal math and physics tutoring, I'm personally happy to do it - free of charge - to help MSU

Does actually finishing degree requirements go in to the figuring of this metric? If so, all of the underclassmen in baseball leaving last year for MLB may yield the 964 score.

As I remember, the whole deal with the APR was student-athletes completing their degrees. And yes, students leaving early penalizes the schools APR.

Hadn't thought about that, but it's an unfair penalty best I can tell (having not given the issue much thought).

Tennis sitting there at a perfect score over the 4-year average. Softball isn't too far behind.

How did the cheaters up the road do? Not that any statistics they collected themselves have any validity.

Why is that so alarming? Just wondering?***

They improved greatly in hopes that it helps them get a bowl bid this season! Wait, scratch that thought.

Check out the degree that was created in 2011 -- General Science degree at Om -- EQUALS... NOTHING.....
HOW can IHL allow this to happen to these players... They are getting a degree that is NOT worth the paper it is written on....

Easy there, I have a general science degree from Mississippi State University and I am a doctor. Your education is what you make of it.

I'm pretty sure players leaving early doesn't hurt you so long as they were on track to complete their requirements when they left. Otherwise Kentucky would never be able to field an athletic team ever again due to their basketball APR.
