That's the worst kept secret at UMC and I'm shocked that not everyone knows it. Basically they built the hospital on top of a cemetery. And apparently the spirits haunt the hospital by causing them to constantly have management that makes baffling decisions.

How many millions is that hospital in the red again? I think it was 35 million or something like that.
