Doesn't the last guy get on some late night talk show? Seems like they did in years past.

this year that guy will be on two shows at the same time, his right eye on NBC and his left eye on TBS

I am shocked that anyone would waste a draft pick on him. Even if it is the last one of the entire draft.

Why would you want a guy that is constantly in trouble, has a distinct injury history, and played in a system that doesn't translate well to the NFL?

That's why he sees the field so well. You can run out routes to each sideline and he can read which wideout is open very easily.

Elway throw Jim a bone?

Yep.

Yep.

He did, but the guy's a pretty good player if he would straighten himself out.

He has the tools for sure. Who knows if he can actually put them to use though... I think it was a good pick

Agreed...not going to cost them much. If he is trouble they can get rid of him quick. He has the arm talent just needs to be refined and grow up. He is getting his opportunity so we will see.

Yeah- but he might destroy the Broncos office when he gets cut. If I were them I'd make sure I cut him in a padded room.

No doubt.

This is your typical my Dad knows someone who is actually someone taking care of their kid who isn't qualified.

So, pretty much your typical Ole Miss graduate.

Jeez...

"I called his uncle, and he said, 'He's a good kid,'" Elway said. "I said, 'OK, that's all I need.' I trust Jim with that."
