That's why the doubleheader is to our advantage in this case. It makes it less likely that they will pitch their ace. If they do pitch their ace it will be a day shorter than they want to and I imagine he will be on a strict pitch count. This win tonight was a HUGE win. Pilkington was outstanding and we didn't have to use Price. I can't believe Plumlee has a lower ERA than Self but he has quietly pitched well for us. We need to win at least once tomorrow. Sweeping the DH would be outstanding though. We need big performances from Cole Gordon and Jacob Billingsley tomorrow. I just hope Stovall is OK.

That's because he hurt his ankle. We're pretty lucky that we haven't had to use him since the Alabama series. He looked like he was walking around gingerly after the Governor's Cup when I saw him walking around in the outfield after the game.

Our bats are pretty damn good too plus Gordon isn't facing Mize. They have two great starters and we just beat one of them tonight. Their bullpen sucks ass.
