Apparently he had two more bullets (23) than OM has major violations (21)

TSA says this is no big deal. This was a new agent that thought you just get a warning the first time you get caught trying to get a loaded gun on a plane. The rest of the agents were swabbing down a 90 year old woman because they caught her with hair pins and two oversized shampoo bottles.

I don't think it's illegal to have a gun in an airport, at least not in MS. It may be against the airports rules, but not illegal.

I know when I was leaving on my honeymoon and forgot to get my hunting knife out of my bag the TSA agent in Memphis damn near did everything but call SWAT. She was on full fledged power trip waving the knife in my face talking about how prohibited it is. Finally got a supervisor to talk to that let me explain what happened and I was just trying to go on my honeymoon and not trying to go all Aloha snackbar on the flight.

TSA thinks they're above the law.

It's illegal to try to go through security with one in your carry on.

Uh, yeah, its very illegal in MS and every other state. Once you cross through security you enter federal jurisdiction. And there are laws about bringing guns (or attempting to bring guns) into federal jurisdiction regardless of whether its an airport, national park, or any government building.

Happens daily. They're confiscated and investigated.

Just my theory, but he was probably planning on hunting for women. Likely women athletes...

The biggest story out of this is
Who knew he was still in the league..??? I just assumed he was working the door at the Library.. seems like that's where all the ex Shitbird football players end up employed.

This is so Ole Miss. This is the guy they've really been pumping up as their poster-boy, given all his pro-OM, anti MSU comments.

I'm just amazed how non of these guys are ever suspended or found to have done wrong while at OM*. All their players go to shit once they leave. Amazing

TSA is as useless as tits on a bull. They are comprised mostly of individuals who were at the bottom of the job pool that couldn't get hired for anything else. They miss 95% of anything illegal or prohibited that's moving through their theatrical security line. When they do find something, they start jumping up and down like a 3-year-old about to piss his pants to make sure everyone sees and validate their job. Granted, you can't underestimate the sneakiness of a terrorist. You can put a bomb in a Coke can these days, but these dipshits ain't worth several billion a year as our "first line of defense". If somebody wants to shoot up or blow up a plane, they'll figure out a way to do it. TSA be damned.

Then you get perverts like that Old man that was groping that autistic kid for like 10 minutes. I never had my crotch throughly checked like he did that kid but he can just put it down as being "thorough".
