Anybody done a panfish meat haul lately? Next week I think I'm going to give them a shot. This LAS tips article has me wanting to give them a shot.

Small game is the new big game. It is my favorite fish to chase, and I love to eat them. Fish cakes, grilled with basil vignette, whole fried, tacos, all great ways to diversify the bluegill, crappie and shellcracker menu.

One tip on the shellcracker - if you catch one, bust out the redworms and set up shop. You will get at least 5-10 out of that hole.
