No shit. Mangum and most of the team swing at shitty pitches over and over and over. Most of the time it's the same shitty pitches in the same shitty locations too. When I heard Cole Gordon walked, I couldn't believe it....you have to throw the bastard in the dugout for our guys not to swing. We have to be one of the least walked teams in the country

This guy throws about 1 strike to each batter, the rest are way high fastballs or way low breaking balls that we chase out of the zone and K on. If we just stood there that inning we'd have walked 3 times. No plate discipline whatsoever

You know what, y'all are right. It's a good win. I knew this was going to be a tough two games trying to stretch our staff even further than we usually have to, but it can be hard to keep perspective in the moment. Haha. Our bats went cold yesterday and FIU threw a lot of strikes...that's baseball, but we showed resolve and toughness again today.

Right now we're at 23 (including Parker ford and Mahoney) active scholarship players compared to the normal 35, it's not gonna be pretty but damn this team is gritty. Really need to get Stovall, Ashcroft and billingsley healthy and pray rigby can get healthy for a couple of series at the end of the year.
