I heard him say something in a clip where he told them to "control what you can control". He gives them both the passion and the poise for the game. While pissed at the refs they didn't sulk. They went out focused to win the game ANYWAY. This is what I'm more proud of than even the winning shot. The way they focused, regrouped and kept grinding. I couldn't be more proud.

I vote Coach Vic as the official "Pregame Speecher of all MSU Athletics".***

Coach Vic seems to be great at keeping his players emotional without letting them lose focus on what it takes to win.
