Israel Mukuamu - DB prospect from Bossier City, Louisiana.
If we haven't offered this kid, somebody isn't paying attention. He is as good of a safety prospect as I have seen in a long time. 6'4, long body, very fluid in his hips, great read/react instincts on routes, jump routes very well, plays physical and close on his man, and great field speed. How he is only a 3* I have no idea.
His Hudl videos are good, but you need to go check out his @TheOpening camp videos on his Twitter page ( scroll back through it to 3/5/17) and (@AllAmericaGame AllAmerica Camp on 3/26/17). Dude is flat out ballin' against 1v1 upper level competition.

His twitter handle is @IsraelMukuamu

Here is his hudl video link

Is he a player? If so, bring him in.

I would think he projects as a LB on the next level.

I would think he projects as a LB on the next level.

With his size, that was my initial thought as well. However, when you see the fluidity in his hips, it changes that completely. He is a SOLID safety prospect.

A little off topic, but how were we not all over the UK WR grad transfer? Could have been a huge get for THIS season. He's going to Oklahoma.

He wasn't released to any SEC schools. His final 4 were West Virginia, Oklahoma, Oregon, & Virginia Tech.

There's no way UK let's a player come to MSU because we play them every season. He knows their entire playbook.

A lot of coaches have taken heat for blocking grad transfers. I guess this one flew under the radar.

You are talking about UK, not as high profile a football program probably has something to do with it.

Weird he's leaving little brother stoops to big brother stoops. I'd rather play with mayfield as my qb over johnson too
