Wouldn't be surprised to see Vic get his salary tripled. The wbk team is actually drawing crowds...not sure how much money they are losing now but has to be a lot less.

I'd like to know what the incentives in his contract are and how much they're worth before putting a number out there. I do believe he deserves a bump in pay though

Oh. The thing I saw said Vic was making around 300k. I guess that was his old salary. So I would say around 900k is appropriate for Vic.

275 is university salary.

He gets another 375+/- from the Bulldog Club.

Gene made $2.06MM for the 14-15 season and was expected to make $2.5MM this year.

I think $1.25MM is more than reasonable for Vic after this season.

Definitely should be comparable to Dawn Staley. We need to make it enough to make it very hard to hire him away. The man is one of the finest ambassadors we have.

Need to give Johnie Harris a big pay raise also to keep her as Vic's top assistant. She is a top recruiter and excellent coach also.
