"The NCAA is standing by its allegations against the Louisville men's basketball program and Rick Pitino, saying the coach failed to notice "red flags" in activities by a former staffer who an escort says hired dancers for sex parties with recruits and players."

They gonna put it on Pitino- Hugh Freeze has no chance

Four? 4? OM once committed four level 1s in a weekend!

We average about 84K page views per day right now. IT will easily double that

I think this quote is the most damning for Freeze:

The NCAA summarized in its response that "by not taking an active role in monitoring McGee, Pitino was unable to show that he satisfied his obligations under Bylaw 11.1.1.1 and unable to rebut the presumption of responsibility for the serious and prolonged violations committed by a member of his staff."

Did that say "prolonged violations committed by a member of his staff"? Lucky for Ole Miss, it was multiple members of the staff. That's good news, right?

They've known this for a while. That's why Freeze looked like the damn Crypt Keeper at the Egg Bowl. He's been a fired coach walking since draft night.

FOOD for Thought...... #HAILSTATE

The "SANCTIONS" have been PRE-DETERMINED for OM.....
in the years since OM NCAA investigation started, these are "SOME" of the NCAA sanctions against OTHER universities......

University of Louisville-- Sex Scandal

University of Southern Mississippi -- Burner Phones

UL&L -- ACT Fraud

Saunders and others -- Show Cause

Over on the pack there is a thread saying Steve Robertson has more violations he's gonna release to the public. No time frame that I saw. Several others saying violations taken place after Ole Miss knew they were under investigation giving repeat offender some legs.

Several of us (Reason2Suceed, Dawgology, myself) have been claiming since last year that the Death Penalty (and subsequent removal from the SEC) is very much on the table.

TCUN's lack of contrition throughout (since last spring 2016's NOA) combined with continued violation of NCAA rules has to leave the NCAA feeling as if TCUN is flipping them the bird. TCUN is daring the NCAA to hammer them now.

The truly sad part is that I was in Oxford last weekend (birthday celebration) and all of these little kids were running around in their powder blue baseball jerseys having the time of their life (b/c the Vandy series was going on) and their parents were partying on the square enjoying the "good life that is TCUN," and all I could think of was the deck parties on the Titanic an hour before she sank.

They're 100% oblivious to what lies ahead of them and it's gonna be epic and hilariously tragic when she (TCUN) goes under.

Probably pisses them off that they have to come here for any updates on their investigation since they don't here it anywhere else.

It will definitely be depressing for the average TCUN fan simply because they have no idea the firestorm they're in and how mighty the blow is gonna be when the hammer falls.

I think their Camelot (the Grove) is gonna be mighty empty when they realize their prince's (Freeze) hypocrisy coupled with their leaders (Bdork & Vitter) lying to them every time they open their mouth is gonna leave them feeling like Bernie Madoff II, the Enron downfall and the WorldCom debacle all rolled into one.

And if the program goes down (i.e., DP and/or SEC removal occurs), then many of those businesses and condos and construction projects and eateries in Oxford that are depending on the TCUN tourist dollar will all be in for some difficult times, so yeah smootness, many lives (or livelihoods in the surrounding community) will be affected.

They would just join the Big 12. I am sure Texas and the midgets would love to get a foothold in the SEC after A&M and Mizzou left. They would take a slight hit but would stay afloat.
