Just an observation.... I'm seeing it all over the place. I'm amused at the fact that all the talking heads and sports pundits are now killing themselves to write or talk about the up and coming rookie group of QBs to enter the NFL and who will be "the next Dak Prescott".

Here's the thing... no one can predict who that will be, and no rookie coming into the league should be held to that standard. Granted, Dak set the bar ridiculously high for all rookies going forward. He's a freak of nature. To all the writers, analysts, coaches, etc., if you are constantly expecting a Dak to come out of every rookie class from now on, you are going to be sadly disappointed.

I agree with the sentiment. We need to remember that Dak Prescott was a guy many scouts and analysts completely out thought themselves on. They spent so much time trying to come up with what he did not do well that they ignored what he does do well.

There is a quarterback in this draft that the same thing is happening to. Deshaun Watson. He is being analyzed to death, but his leadership ability and drive to win are being completely overlooked.
