Absolutely. We pretty much knew how this game would unfold and I think that's why Schaefer didn't start the main guns (i.e., save their legs, maybe get them to focus a lil more than usual) but too many easy shots have not been made. But if we can EVER find a game where we take advantage of all of these easy baskets and putbacks, we can beat ANYBODY.

ESPN really screwed me over. I was gone and had it set to record so I could watch it later. ESPN2, as the schedule said. Just ran through the recording and got to see exactly zero of the game ... just an interview with Vic when they asked him about the starting lineup. ESPN really needs to do a better job of telling viewers which channel will have what. It was probably on Dish somewhere ....

It was actually kind of funny that the up tempo team, Troy, who subbed much more than we did, ran out of gas playing their own game way before we did. We will see a much better, not nearly as out of control version of that Sunday. DePaul is pretty dang good, if we don't bring our A game they can and will beat us. Vivians looked a lot more like her old self today than she has in a while. For a work day the crowd wasn't bad but we need to pack the Hump Sunday. DePaul had the best pep band I have ever heard. They actually got something of an ovation as they were leaving from the sections around them. I don't think I've ever seen that before.
