As I remember when it started it was because of their pharmaceutical school, plus Mississippi has ideal conditions for growing weed soil, climate, etc.

I actually saw some store bought stuff from Washington. Comes in a package like a fishing lure. They have a label on it that tells the dispensary, grower and THC / CBD level, date of harvest, etc. The THC level on this particular kind was 31.1%
