Grantham recruited him. He is a graduate transfer so will be able to play immediately.

Only if we're looking for another mediocre CB. In 3yrs he had 17 tackles & 1 INT.

Undergoing a pair of surgeries to repair a ACL didnt help his stats much for sure. He is an above average corner when healthy.

Fair enough but we already have 1 CB coming off an ACL do we need another who has had 2? If Grantham wants him go get him.

Where did the LSU Oline grad transfer end up?

Oh I'm with you. It would definitely be a risk.

Can he play offensive line?

As a grad transfer, he would presumably only be here one year and we only have 82 projected on scholarship; it would cost us nothing to have an extra body who may be really good.

Kid came back from injury in 2014, after red-shirting the previous year after his injury. Played in only 1 game in 2014.

Any chance this young man can apply for an additional year as a medical redshirt, given he played in just that 1 game in 2014 after his surgery? Seems like he could make a case he was not fully recovered in 2014.

If successful, would he not have 2 years of eligibility left?

We have open spots....so why not? Unless we have 4-5 grad transfers on their way here that are ahead of him in line, we literally have nothing to lose.

We should sign 1 qb, 15 OL, 5 WR's and 4 CB's in this next class.
