This doesn't matter if the NCAA gave him immunity, which I believe they did. He's untouchable on this, as is his current institution, being the greatest University in Mississippi, Mississippi State.

Now, if something else happened that is not connected to the immunity, then he/we can certainly be held liable from the NCAA.

Those ****birds are just stupid. The person making the payment would have to give them a 1099 for them to claim it. If they didn't receive said 1099 then the person making the payment would be responsible for the taxes at this point.

My understanding there is NO PAPER TRAIL........ NONE..... BUT if the people put the money in the bank and it is over $11,000.00 -- the bank had to report it to the IRS.
