They're framing it to "win the day."

They're trying like hell to say "see, it's not that bad. it's only a 1 year bowl ban" without actually saying it. They think people are dumb enough to not realize that the NCAA is going to still lay the freaking hammer to them. I can't believe they DISAGREED with the findings. That means they weren't able to satisfy the NCAA with their self imposed punishments. They have to go to the COI now. They're so screwed. More screwed than UNC, Miami, or USC ever though of being. When the hammer drops, we could actually see a 1-year death penalty handed down. And even if it's not, it's going to be so catastrophic the impacts will be just as bad as a 1-year death penalty.
