One saying Hugh specifically mentioned in one. Saying failure to follow NCAA regs.

Also saying possible mention of LOIC and failure to monitor.

Freeze is definitely done. Program gets LOIC and he gets a violation of HC responsibility? They can fight it all they want, he's done.

And if you need any further proof, listen to Freeze's statements in that presser. He's not accepting responsibility, he's defending himself. He knows.

I seen it dawg

If this is correct, they are in deeper shit than I ever imagined. The NCAA almost never uses LOIC any more. Failure to Monitor is the much more common phrase applied and is not as serious a charge. I don't know the penalties that are associated with LOIC, but would think they are stringent.

Deep down I have been somewhat concerned that they might skate, relatively speaking, but not any more if this is true.

No. He was acting like he just watched his dog get put down.

Maybe its just me, but allegation 8 will can Freeze, 9 will can Bjork, and if the NCAA gets any of the academic fraud to stick Vitter is done.

Did TSUN just show all their cards and throw those 3 dudes to the wolves...to save Archie?

You couldn't really expect Archie to have any part in the announcement since he has no official connection to the University, as far as I know.

Of course not, but in the end he's the Godfather of #TheNetwork. They threw those dudes up there today as sheep going to slaughter.

The video reminds me of hostages that are forced to read from a script. It really does. No emotion from Freeze, just a robot. He knows he's screwed and his reputation is ruined.

Love how he said he's disappointed in staff members for breaking rules when he's been specifically named.

The thing that came to my mind was 8th graders recording a video for class where everything is scripted. Obviously this stuff is usually scripted, but it came across so stiff and fake. Freeze kept looking down and off to the side, no conviction at all behind any of it.

Remember that the NCAA cares greatly about how you respond to allegations and cooperate...and in the middle of this investigation that revealed a LOIC, they promoted the AD to Vice Chancellor. That's not going to go over well.

We've been telling y'all. They are dead in the water. They can keep complaining about the length of the investigation- but when you keep having violations uncovered, you keep getting investigated. Cheers, Rebels.
