Here's the question I have. How bad is bad enough to allow kids to transfer out if they want? I would assume this has the potential to rise to that level. At what point do we know if in fact that is a legitimate possibility?

My understanding is that each year of a bowl ban allows a class to transfer. In other words: a 1 year ban allows seniors to transfer, a 2 year ban, juniors and seniors,etc. You get the idea.
