Saban outworks most people in college but also gets the best players. Belichek outworks everyone in the NFL and takes everyone elses scraps to do it. Other than turning a 6th round pick into the GOAT, he hasn't gotten any free agents. Randy Moss was a redemption not a high profile signing. He had started to go downhill at the end with the Vikings and then with the Raiders. Comparing Saban vs Belichick is like comparing the 8th grader blocking 5th grader shots on the basketball court to Michael Jordan in the NBA. Saban would be very good anywhere but to be great he has to have all the best players.

The Pats have one first round draft pick starting on offense. One! That tells you something about the coaching! Belichick is the best! He can turn players into stars by putting in them roles that make them successful. Evidenced by how many players that are extremely good in New England then take the big free agent money and tank with their new team. Danny Amendola plays minor roles with the Pats during the year but then in the Playoffs when they double Edelman and Gronk he has big days(just look at yesterday) and Mitchell yesterday and James White and Malcom Butler, the list just goes on and on. Sabans a great coach but he gets 25 first round draft picks every signing day. Belichick is on a different level. Belichick also has a hot girlfriend lol!
