My guess is that it's because they're both pretty similar players. They both tend to be in and around the paint exclusively on offense, so it may clog things up. And defensively, it may limit our quickness. Plus, he probably wants one of them out there at all times, and that would be more difficult if they're playing together.

Would be hard to do unless playing zone because one of them would have to go outside and guard somebody ... Vic told me it was a possibility at some point this season...

I think it's a floor spacing thing. Aja Wilson for SC can play away from the basket and space the floor. Chinwe & TMac are really only effective on the block, although I hope Mccowan can develop a 10-15 ft. shot - she's a great FT shooter.

Well I was waited for all the recruiting stuff to die down. Bunch of "one call that's all ambiance chasers"***

Vic is one helluva coach, he is motivated, smart, driven and knows basketball. Not sure he isn't the best basketball Coach we have had at Msu since the Babe.
It's unreal what he has accomplished in a sport we have been bad from day one.

Need to play them both now, become a low post team. We would have beaten SC with that combination. That's the only way we can beat UCONN. Good read as always Rick!
