I cry I laugh so hard every time I watch this. At the end he says he can't wait to come back. I really hope whoever did this does another one after the sanctions are announced.

The guy in the video goes by "El Risitas" (translation: the giggles). His real names is Juan Joya Borja - He is a Spanish actor and comedian
