Ole Miss would run up points on this Texas team.

Maybe like last year, Texas would return the favor.

Bo Wallace will kill them on the zone read unless they fix it before next week

they can't tackle in space, which is amazing considering the athletes they have.

Mississippi will struggle because their best running back is Brunetti. They may break a couple, but they don't have anybody that can pound the ball like BYU is doing. Plus, Texas will be pissed and will be at home

Texas has given up over 400 yards in the first half.

What network is Texas-BYU on? I can't find them.

OK, got it on ESPN2. Went by there earlier and with the scoreboard show and didn't realize it was halftime.

Or if you want to be subjected to BYU babbling, its on the BYU Network (1567 on Uverse)

I'll be surprised if Texas beats ole miss.

I seen it dawg

Ole Miss can't play defense like BYU either

I agree. Texas 45-34

Texas is overrated. It wouldn't shock me in the least to see UM beat them in Austin, and if they do... Oh Lord. You'll never hear the end of it.

Are you watching this game? The BYU RB has 24 carries up the gut and is pounding the ball to open up the QB on the read. The dude has 40 pounds on Jeff Scott. Like I said, Mississippi may break some, but they don't have the backs that can pound it up the middle like this. Bo Wallace also doesn't have the shiftiness that this BYU QB has. Don't see him rushing for 100+

When Diaz is fired and Texas hires Collins away from us, do we take Diaz back?

I agree that Ole Miss probably beats Texas next week, and I really, really hate it.

If TX is still ranked after this game I will be very surprised. Hell, I'd love to play them. Never was a team that the media loves to throw a low number in front of their name like TX

You said, brunetti is there best rb. I don't have to watch the game to respond to that.

This can't be possible. Will James said they would be 1-6. Oops

Texas defense still isn't as bad as Vandy. OM has one style of attack. BYU can hit it multiple ways.

I still think 2-5 is where they start. Texas will start their 5 game losing streak. Texas will beat Ole Miss by two+ scores. After next weekend, we will both have the same record as well.

But....but....but...Manny's D is awesome! But I'll tell you they will be fired up to be home & be pissin' vinegar! They will bring the bears back to earth. UM's secondary can't handle this passing game.

That's one of the problems. They have too many good athletes and not enough good football players.

that's true and actually one of the things I love about State. we're not afraid to sign a 2-3 star football player (Market, Skinner, BMac, etc...).

*BMac is a great athlete but wasn't highly thought of by most even after camps.

if OM loses to Texas with the style of offense they run, they're terrible. It is OM luck to catch Texas in their worst year in over a decade... meanwhile we schedule Oklahoma State.

BYU exposed Texas to the tune of 400 yards IN A HALF. And did it with a running QB. If Wallace is healthy, OM will score in spades.
