Another lefty arm that we desperately needed, seems like at 6'6 he will be big and imposing on the mound and he is rumored to throw 90-93. Will be different seeing him on the mound instead of on the gridiron.

He can sling it! Throws hard with good movement. Gonna have to get the rust off though. Might struggle with command for a little while but he's got a good arm. Could be a help. Very competitive too!

If he can hit 93 from the left hand side and is 6'6", he could possibly be drafted.

I know he threw low 90s in high school for sure. Great kid too! Country boy lol

A LH pitcher has much better pro odds than a punter. Even if the punter is really good.

I agree. If Cooke has that much velocity and can pitch some, he may be in the minor leagues instead of football this fall.
