Prep School vs JUCO [Archive]

Why don't more non-qualifiers choose the Prep School route versus JUCO? Are there entrance requirements at Prep School that are more stringent than JUCOs? Or is it a cost issue? Seems like more would go that route to preserve their 5/4 eligibility.
