Agree, disappointed in the number if it was indeed under 7,000, but the crowd was certainly into it. I really don't understand why you would purchase season tickets if you aren't going to come to a game like today. Great time, great weather, team doing well. Not going to get much better situation than that.

Great job by the students that came. Now just think if they actually filled their section. Their upper level was not even half full.

Oh and I really liked the "we want willie" chant. There was another one, but couldn't make it out

Never underestimate the butthurt holders. They now have a new butthurt to convince themselves it's just to sit on their couch and pout and that new butthurt is that MSU let non-season ticket holders sit in their seats in the last month. There will always be a new butthurt reason for them to be lazy and watch on tv. That is their prerogative.

Official paid attendance was something like 8500. I'd say 6500 to 7000 actual.

My son said it was "We want Kylin".

I forgot till it was pointed out to me, the students have Monday off. That was a good showing when you take that into account.

8588 paid attendance. Someone was wrong saying there were less than 500 tickets left.

My son said it was "We want Kylin".

Sure sounded like we want willie on TV. I was confused for a minute.

The announcers kept calling it a "jam-packed, sold out Hump".

It was "We want Willie" for the most part, but there was one "We want Kylin."

Sounds like something Verne and Gary would come up with.

It was "We want Willie". There was another one that wasn't as noticeable about Kylin. They all got a rousing ovation when Mullen led them in. The crowd that was there was fun. They tried very hard but they are just rusty as heck. Wake up the echos!

It certainly wasn't jam packed. If it was really sold out I'd be surprised.

That makes more sense, Hill is already committed.
