According to the MSU Twitter, less than 500 tickets remain for Saturday's clash against the Aggies (read Fake Maroons). Get your tickets, pack the Hump, and make it the most feared basketball venue in the SEC again. I won't be able to make it, but I'll be watching and cheering from Nashville. Make me proud, Dawgs.

I'll be there! Hope it's a big crowd. It would be nice to see that again.

"Joakim Noah, when he played for Florida, said the Hump was the hardest place in the SEC for him to play in."

I'll be there...
Bringing my 2 boys for their first Hump experience. They are pretty fired up.

I was in the pep band when Florida came then. And it's really hard to disagree with that statement. When he said it, the Hump was really really tough to play in.

What does the Hump currently seat? 9,500? 10,000? 10.5?

Yeah, probably because the lighting was kind of low.

I was too. I still remember that game, and how pissed I was....

Only 12 tickets on stubhub and cheapest (upper level) is $40.95. Seems to be a hot ticket

Nope, that game was probably the last game that the Hump was the absolute snake pit it used to be. Ragnar Lothbrok would have hated the old Hump.

I was there for the Florida game vs Noah, Horford, Brewer and Speights, if I remember correctly it was a whiteout game vs them and the Hump was absolutely rocking that night. Florida had those 4 future NBA players who all are still playing today in the NBA. 4 pros that all have 10+ years and counting in the NBA has got to be rare company. We only lost by 3. Damnit

04 Kentucky was the absolute pinnacle of hump atmosphere...it was insane an hour before tip. But that Florida game was outstanding as well. I still remember slater giving Noah fits. 04 ole miss was electric after stans got run. And I don't remember the year but there was a game against bama where on the first possession Gordon placed his sac directly on their French guys chin for a dunk and it was a mad house the rest of the game damn...those were good times

The wildest I ever saw the Hump, and I was at most of the games mentioned here, was 1991 LSU. That was the game where Richard Williams got his SEC title, the first one for us since the early 60s. That place was insane. The only atmosphere I have ever been in at MSU that matches it was 2014 Auburn football.

I remember getting to the Hump at 6:00 AM for a 3:00 PM tipoff back in 1996. Fun times.

It's going to be a small crowd. 12 minutes to tip and the student section is less than half full. The rest is filling in but still not good. VERY disappointing.

Less than 500 tickets left... where are the people?
