I lot of 6-6 at best talk for next season after the bowl game. We knew the defense under Sirmon would be a work in progress. But, now the Grantham hire has turned everything on its ear.

8-4 is a very real outcome with a good shot at 9-3.

Now we gotta go get LSU out of Willie Gay's mind, Grantham is the guy that can do it. It's been a while since we've had a tried and true big time DC. Cant wait for Football Season. Now if we can get some O-Line help.

Imagine how you would feel if we got an OL coach with the resume of Grantham.

LSU may sign Gay, and 7-6 is the absolute ceiling next year. 6-6 is still my expectation.

I think we came out way ahead on the DC swap with Louisville, whos out there on the market for OL coaches? Pickings a little slim?

Seems crystal balls are trending gay to lsu, but our best on-board recruiting guys are saying gay to state.

Can we not look at adding Sherrod for something to help out? I bet he has a much better temperment to recruit than Hev.

Hopefully we get a better read on Gay after this weekend but he may just be a wait and see on signing day. Nobody will be happy though if we lose another top notch prospect at a position of need that is sitting right on our doorstep.
