He's a 4 star composite, but is only a 3 star 87 rated player by 247. He's the 51st rated player in the state of Georgia.

This isn't a big get. They just acquired a run of the mill, average player.

They are still going to get some players . probabtion hasn't come down yet .. and they better hope they finish strong and break into the top 40 cause when the NCAA hammer falls their numbers and quality of players will suffer greatly.

early playtime was huge for Dixon..... not sure why because he needs time to bulk up and hope he grows an inch or two. I still don't see him playing inside at the next level, but we'll see

I would be looking at or asking the questions; who is he related to or living with that is highly rated and a couple class years out, or who is he like a big brother to

Maybe it was the spice and offfield junk that hurt Denzel after freshman year. He didn't get those stats without some talent

They had a solid defense DZ's freshman year. This kid won't have that.

For any kid who signs with Ole Miss...you should have a healthy dose of skepticism as to whether they're truly big gets or not. They're either legacies, won't qualify, or have some issues that keep them from being takes at other schools. They can't compete with anyone of significance head-to-head for a recruit right now...and won't be able to for some time.

Yancy and DJ are going to tout this as getting a commitment from the next Patrick Willis because that's all they can do right now...try to pump sunshine. It's over for them. It's gonna be at least 2020 before they're relevant again.

6'0 and 205lb true freshman is not going to start much less be effective in year one in the SEC. They filled a LB need with a safety's body. Look out wee little man, big backs coming through!
