Adam Schefter saying Chip Kelly will be fired on Monday.

If your A&M, you gotta fire Sumlin right?

UCLA?

Or does Chip take year off?

I don't know but looking at Myer walking into the locker room at half time he looked like he was fixing to have another mental break down.

What do you mean? Everyone knows Archie has him lined up to lead Ole Miss back to glory. They will dump Freeze, blame him for everything, and already have a deal in place for 9 over 3. With Chip Kelly they won't miss a beat.****

Lsu messed up. Chip Kelly at lsu would be dangerous

They will be dangerous with Orgeron in my opinion. Too many great athletes, and will probably get a lot more with Orgeron.

Recruiting just cost a lot of college football teams a good college head coach. You think Texas, LSU, and Oregon would have waited a month for Kelly?? Absolutely. There are no good jobs open right now. He will sit a year and come back.

I could see Tennessee if Butch underwhelmed, TAMU if Sumlin underwhelms, UCLA, Notre Dame, and Arizona could all be possibilities. He's gonna have some good options a year from now

If I were AD at Texas A&M, Notre Dame, or Tennessee, I'd be on the phone with him now. It would be worth it to make a change this late to upgrade their coach to Kelly.

Of course, I forgot. He's definitely eating at Ajax tomorrow night.

Seriously though, can you imagine just hiring Ed Orgeron as your head coach only to have Chip Kelly available three weeks later? Ugh

Orgeron is going to surprise alot of people. Exclude OM because they are a shitty program- he has been very successful.

Have no pity for LSU- they will remain top 15 under Orgeron

Orgeron is home. As long as LSU wants him he is there. I don't think Kelly would be there for the long haul.

Only problem is they expect to be Top 1. Miles was always top 15.

The offense I watched today looked just like Miles' offense. Their two QB commits don't fit the offense I watched today.

Let's see how he does after losing about 10 draft picks.

Chip Kelly hates recruiting..... he'd get eaten up in the SEC.

The offense you watched today is the one they dont want to run. Their new OC had nothing to do with today's offense. They ran a bastard version of what Cameron left them with

LSU has A QB that is listed as an athlete. This guy took his team to the LA state champ and won. His last name is Clark I think. Like KT he has been overlooked and miscategorized by Miles. MB should've gone to OSU. He won't play much at LSU. Like D Farve, he put up lot of numbers against crappy competition.

OSU could use him as an OC

Chip Kelly has already said he wants to stay on the west coast and he hates recruiting. The sec is not a fit for him. Now maybe he could be swayed by money but he's already got plenty so I look
for him to wait for a job to open out there.

Potentially scary - Kelly at A&M with Chavis continuing to improve that defense.

I never understood why SF hired him after his failure at Philly. Is like Saban with the dolphins, a coach that needs to return to the college ranks?

Apparently chip wants to stay in the NFL period. Oregon tried to get him back. He must really hate recruiting.

If he wants to coach, it'll be college... he's done in the NFL

Really Clark?

Chavis defense regressed this year from last year in scoring and total defense.

If Kelly wants to be on the west coast and in football he'll have to go back to college. I say he ends up at UCLA or Arizona in 2018.

Why would the 49ers fire him after only 15 games and with that disaster they handed to him at QB? Nobody can win with that roster right now.

Top 15? Hell yea. More like top 10. They are top 5 program every year with a saban or Meyer.

The 49ers are a disaster. Harbaugh took them to the Super Bowl and they were running him off a year later. The organization is horrible, probably from the owners on down.

Playoffs? You kidding me? Don't talk to me about playoffs. I just hope we can win another game.

They will slip back into mediocrity. Hell they are pretty much there already.
