Wish it were only that simple. Bama didn't have much trouble with our 3-4. 51-3 was pitiful D.

What UW has is speed on the back end and on the edge, it's giving the bammer passing game all kinds of problems.

better than any 3-4 defense is the poor play calling of Kiffin. A good oc would be killing UW.

They got better on D after Smart and they will get better on O after Kiffin. No one has beaten life or the Peter principle more than kiffin.

They definitely upgraded with Sark. If they can keep him sober they will take another step away from everybody else.

Yeah, I'll be glad when The Kancer is gone... prolly get a lot better with Sark, I hope....

3-4 also works a lot better when:

You call stunts more than 5% of the time.

You rush more than four guys and to make it worse you normally rush the same four guys including the Viper every single time.

Your head coach makes the corner play 10 yards off every single play.

You hire a DC that has no experience and apparently runs a defense that is too complicated.

Sark was picking winners and sucking them off of his pinky finger up in the press box today. Anybody else see that?
