He was unhappy. Hopefully will land somewhere where he will be able to play. Very hard working kid.

Wish him well. He had the most exciting play of the 2016 Spring game!

I hope we can find a way to bring in other players to make up for attrition. If not, we're going to end up in the same boat as last year with 75 scholarship players on the roster.

You do realize if we want to sign a full 25(we plan to sign 27-30) this year we need some attrition.

What happened? Is he transferring to another school?

I don't really understand how he is not set to compete for playing time next year. We are going to be sketchy at WR

We're still back signing from 2016, we only signed 17 or 18!

With Spivey leaving we have 61 scholarship players left. 85-61 is 24. Expect more attrition. We didn't have room to sign a full 25 last year anyway.

Yeah I thought he might compete for time next year or even also consider a move to safety. Good luck to him wherever he lands

Probably going to have another WR move on. That will leave us with 8 returners and 2 signees. 1 four star guy. Mullen and Gonzo get your ass to a street corner in Miami.

He's a good kid and a competitor. He just wants to play and compete, and help the team he is on win. The same as he did when he was playing at Bay Springs. Wish him the best.

I always hate this time of year when guys transfer. I know it's just part of it but I want all of the guys that work hard to be successful Bulldogs. Jonnas was a good Bulldog. I wish him success wherever he goes.

Sometimes I question if we really know what we've got on the roster. Our staff have proven that they aren't always correct in personnel usage. There are far too many guys that aren't allowed to contribute because of overriding priority based on class. Some guys will blossom in games if you give them a chance, others won't, but mother****er...we need to know!

It just tells me he thought he was buried and whether that was right or wrong by the coaches is something time will tell. He was competing for the other outside spot that Gray will occupy next year with Myles probably being #2
