"Bunkie" is a buddy of mine (law school roommate). He's an om homer, but he's fully embraced what's coming and has been pretty funny about it.

If I remember correctly, when I was a GA under Felker in 1990 and JWS in 1991 there was a manager named Bunkie Perkins or may have been "Huggins", I can't remember anything but Bunkie.. If it's the same guy, when did "Bunkie" become a OM homer?

The real Bunkie Perkins was a WR from Louisiana who played at Memphis. My buddy, just liked his name, used it as a pseudonym and started blogging/tweeting under it.
