I think JJ gonna **** you up on that one. He wants so bad for Romo to be running the team in the playoffs he gonna continue to put the mental pressure on Dak.

Cowboys drafting Zeke and Dak in the same draft is ridiculous good fortune. They didn't even want Dak, they woulda passed on him if any of the other QB scrubs had been there. That's when you know you're lucky. Jerry's dumbass gonna mess that up? Hope not.

D. Slay must be injured, not in starting line-up?

They pretty much wound up with the #1 & #2 picks in the first round, realistically. I'm not sure whether Dak would be #1 or Elliott would be. They're both phenomenal.

So the Cowboys decided to play the rookies but rest the defense??!!

That vaunted defense decided not to show up. It doesn't matter if Dak/Elliott score every time they get the ball, if Detroit does too the 'Boys lose. And Dallas has already punted once (poorly) and are 7 down at the moment. Gotta give Stafford and Detroit credit though ... they're playing well.

If Dallas had any semblance of a defense they would be unbeatable

For all the hype the Dallas OL has cost this team .. big time. 3rd and one and the Dallas OL jumps. So bush league. For all the $$ they are making, you would think they could avoid some of the holding and Off sides penalties.

Agreed, the Dallas OL makes way too many stupid penalties and it will cost them dearly in the playoffs.

Not to mention they gave up a bad sack and didn't give Dak time at all on their third drive.

Looks like Dak is trying to get hurt ... he's trying to get too much on his own. Zeke isn't pulling any punches either.

They have been great for most of the year but against NYG, TB and on a couple of drives in this one they have had pre-snap penalties, and some holds that have stalled drives.

There's a good chance a Mississippi State quarterback will play in the Super Bowl. It's pretty surreal.

Granted, they get way too many penalties but they make up for it with the gaping holes they put in D-lines. Every team except maybe the patriots would die for that line

I didn't like that last TD play call by Dallas. Good play call but wish they had saved that for if they needed it in playoffs.

Just wondering. In college with a big lead in the 4th quarter you put in a backup QB. I know it's Romo for Dallas, but most Pro teams play the starter the entire game. Is this to build their overall stats as starters or what?

I'm going to pokitefulky disagree. Without Mississippi State and Dan's QB work, Dak never is in this situation. If He signs with LSU and never develops into the player he is today.

True, but he could be a dickhead and never acknowledge Mississippi State. Dan Mullen gets a ton of credit for the quarterback that Dak is but Peggy Prescott gets credit for who he is. I'm just thankful he's a Bulldog.

What Dak and zeke brought to the table is unprecedented. Never has a rookie qb and rb on the same team no less been this impressively productive. Of course the haters look for excuses but they have run out now

I think it's because they are professionals and they get paid a lot of money so it's kinda a respect thing but it's also a contractual thing as in it can have actual effect on how much money a player ultimately ends up making. Money before everything else for pros.
