Decided to fire up the grill this afternoon and do a pork tenderloin that I butterflied and stuffed with cream cheese and jalape?os then wrapping it in bacon. Stewing some squash and zucchini and a baked potato. Anyone else got anything going midweek.

I did the same thing with a deer tenderloin this evening, damn it was good. No pics though.
