And Elliott in fine form so far. Don't think the Cowboys lose this one.

Same 'ol same 'ol for Dallas, every time they get going on a drive they get a holding call. I don't watch that much NFL but Dallas gets more holding calls than any team I've ever seen.

Then a dumb ass hold happens and the wheels fell off that drive. Same thing happened last week. Holds by their receivers have killed them the last couple of weeks.

It's always on their receivers too.

It's because they have 10-12 play drives rather than big plays. When you have to go 12 plays, it gives more opportunities for something bad to go wrong.

Certainly don't understand going underneath at 3rd and 17.

That's the only critique that can be said of Dak. He's got to go downfield a little more. Guys on defense in the NFL are too good to try and beat on 4 or 5 10+ scoring drives in a game, especially now that everyone has had a chance to see Dak. If he's able to open up the vertical passing game, he probably wins a super bowl.

I seen it dawg

He went underneath to try to get into fg range.

It's what's been missing last 2 games Bc he's been forcing the ball. They've gone back to very high percentage throws and pounding the rock. It works for them. And it's working pretty effectively tonite. They are opening a can of whoop ass on crab legs.

Last TD drive was Zeke's drive. That was Dak's drive. Rookies say what rookie wall. Looks like the line came to play tonight.

Penalties have been the main reason for them not scoring and losing last two weeks. Just look at this drive for Tampa. Penalty killed momentum.

Still too many drops from Dallas receivers. Those havent helped last two weeks either. Only one pass tonight wasn't exactly on target.

He is taking what the defense is allowing. Can't force it. Take the points cause the bucs defense can't stop the cowboys drives. The cowboys have stopped their own drives with penalties

I've noticed when he feels like he has to throw it to Bryant that is when he gets in trouble. If he just sticks to taking what the defense give him, he will be fine. If teams are dumb enough to try to shut Bryant down, let them. Just give it to Elliot and keep checking down to the open man. Dak's doing awesome doing just that. When he targeted Bryant last week, it cost him two INTs.

Actually just the last one week. They lost to the Giants first game of the season, and to the Giants last week. Only two losses. But your point stands.

MarketingBully
12-18-2016, 10:29 PM
Dallas on offense doing a great job of stopping themselves. They need to just do what they did in the first half and they will be fine. They do need a 10-12 play drive here though so they can rest their defense.

Would have been a great one had Whitehead not dropped the dang ball. Would have been a big play too.

When Dallas gets into long yardage situations Dak just doesn't seem to want to throw it downfield for some reason. That throw to Whitten was a give up play for the FG. Wouldn't throw it on the 5 yard scramble either.

So you would rather him force it long and get picked off? A holding penalty cost them a TD this drive. This shit isn't on Dak and you are acting as if it is.

No, I would rather them convert a first down every now and then after a penalty. Right now after every holding penalty its pretty much either a FG try if they are deep enough or a punt if they are not. Apparently throwing it downfield for the Cowboys right now is always "forcing it".

I don't know how the NFL pundits ever decided the Dallas OL was one of the league's best. They are a screw up just waiting to happen. They have cost the team time and time again.

klong-dog

Have you not noticed while showing the still shots, his wideouts and TE struggle getting any separation. So thus no where to go. Lol this isn't on Dak bruh.

After he reeled off 50+ yards and Dak audibles to a pitch instead of the handoff.

Dallas play calling is bad. No deep attempts at all. Trick plays on short yardage. Stop running Zeke. Stop play action. Combine it with penalties and sub-par WR play and the offense struggles to score TDs.

That one was on the tackle missing his block on grimes. Not zeke jumping.
