Like it or not Ohio State is in. One close loss on the road at the now Big 10 champion and they have an OOC win over the Big 12 champion. The debate might be more should Penn State be in instead of Washington.

I wouldn't. Ohio State didn't even win it's division, much less it's conference. Either Penn State or Oklahoma.
