What they need is a good developer of QB but a very poor team manager.
They need someone with a young family but a narcissistic team leader.
They need someone that can't close with key recruits but is also lazy recruiting 3 stars.
They need a guy that can't keep his nose out of the D side of the field while pissing away talent on the O side.
They need a guy that is a jackass off the field and rewards much less talented older players with PT.
They need a guy that will let players loaf around the field, take plays off, walk away from coaching when they hit the sidelines, and generally don't give a damn.
They need a guy that can spot a no star PK and put him on the field.
