My guess is the texts between Barney and tunsil led the NCAA to go to the state, auburn, and unknown school's (bama) players with immunity. Those players then told the NCAA about om's pay in installments which Barney was over.

This really seems to confirm the rumblings of the last few weeks that the 2nd NOA has been received. Interesting that DJ put it out that he can't candy coat it as a preemptive measure. That should have happened months ago when they admitted the text were real. Although it was strongly hinted that Barney wasn't going to take the fall by himself.

He's still employed by the school. Pretty sure he has to cooperate (be interviewed) or it's held against the school. Conversely, Saunders/tunsil were no longer affiliated with a NCAA member institution and didn't have to be submit to an interview.
