Don't worry, I'm sure there is a recently banned poster creating a new account as I type this, just so he can come defend Baylor and a Briles, all while admitting he doesn't know anything about the case...
Really Clark?

And the assault was reported as a gang rape by 5 players. Anybody who keeps suggestion Briles as an option for a HC has lost the plot in life.

Briles will never again coach football at the highest level. What an utter disaster.
I'm curious, is there any scenario where Briles could be held liable in a court of law if he covered up crimes and then more, similar crimes were committed later?
Like "accessory", "neglect", or even just "being scum"?

I want a National Title but not at the cost of hiring Briles. I would much rather keep Dan.

You talking about criminal court, or civil? In criminal court, I have no idea. In civil court, absolutely.
