Nice to see him develop the long pass, but dang... if he had that here, I know we'd have won more. Still though, loving dak's success

Dak has progressed in unbelievable ways but I wouldn't put the lack of downfield passing at MSU all on his shoulders. You have to have receivers that can get some separation and then also make the play. We didn't have that.

Cmon man. He didn't have time in the pocket to be a deep ball passer.

Bear Wilson was not Dez Bryant.

Dak was the greatest qb to ever play at state, but he missed a lot of open receivers with the deep ball while at state. Doesn't mean Dak wasn't great... just saying that Dak has really, really stepped up that part of his game

My point exactly. Bear is and always will be a possession receiver. Although even with his height he's not that good in the corner of the end zone. He's a slant/curl/out guy mostly. And as we all found out (but was obvious IMO) his lack of speed is a severe liability.

Don't know if he missed "a lot". I'll give you some here and there ... but it wasn't an every game occurrence. Maybe a couple of crucial ones in a big game or two also.

Maybe we should try a fake spike sometime. It sure worked for Pittsburg. Can't believe Dallas D fell for it.

In typical state fan fashion I didn't honestly think they had a chance after that last Pittsburgh td. Love being proved wrong in some instances

There is only so much practice time in college. Dak's improvement from the day he stepped on campus until the day he left was phenomenal. Playing with professional players has obviously helped him and made him better.

In their defense they've used him a lot this season.

During Daks time at State, the lack of deep passes was more about OL and WR talent. Also Dan's offense.

If Jackie and Eric Moulds were around in 2014 instead of 1994, Dak would have a number of 50+ yards TDs of record.

The NFL's been having last minute drives for wins quite a bit this year. More than any other year that I've watched, which hasn't been much.

Don't know if Jones will trade Romo. From a business standpoint it would make sense, but from what I have read and heard is that Jones really wants Romo as his quarterback, but as long as Dak is performing the way he has been, Jones is not going to make a change. Jones may not look at Romo as a son, but pretty close.

If Dak had a head coach that wasnt acting like a defeated baby running a country club we wouldve won more

I like you 7, and I know you didn't totally mean it this way, but dang if it isn't the classic State fan mentality to find the negative in the greatest player in the history of the program torching the NFL in the most prestigious job in the pro sports world.

See guys, I'm not sunshine pumper haha

I didn't mean it negative. I can be happy for Kendall graveman and still think what if he had developed the cutter while at state. Anyway, I'm very happy for dak and didn't mean it as a slight
