Sounds like Brian has been really involved already but got more of the lead dog time. Great to see him being ready and just taking over the role somewhat organically.

Hope Dan keeps this going the direction it's going. Head coach is a load. Dan's still going to make the last call on the gameplan and some key situations. A good play caller up in the booth can let him be a better head coach on the sideline. Key phrase being good play caller.

It sounds to me more like we’re running the ball better because we’re not running Holloway up the middle as much and getting into better down and distance situations. He made it sound like there wasn’t really anything that changed as far as how much play calling he does based on the interview.
